Bionicon partners with US Army on BioSoldier Initiative

May 7, 2007 --  Bionicon has been awarded a contract with the US Army to provide physical training and genetic therapy, including the use of wonder drug Zelanine, to newly recruited soldiers as part of the joint BioSoldier Initiative.

     The judicious use of Zelanine should increase the strength of an individual soldier to beyond standard human limitations.  In a controlled test environment, subjects grew up to 4 times their starting muscle mass without negative effects or an increased need for food.  Zelanine changes the way the body metabolizes food and generates muscle mass, resulting in more solid muscle growth per calorie than through strength-training alone.  In the presence of a stabilizing agent, the rate of growth can be increased with Zelanine without harmful side effects.
